    I usually just let go wherever I am which is definitely healthy for me and not for anyone else in the parameter.

    Well......I might agree, but then......I think it shows great character, when one feels like cursing, and chooses not to. Love you Mallory, from one who has NEVER heard you curse, and can't even imagine it! Love your Mother

    There was a study that showed that swearing actually released stress and anger and was good for people. I don't like swearing personally but i think sometimes it might help.
